Mrs. Tiffany is the Director of The Oakling School and an early childhood education leader with a strong academic foundation and extensive hands-on experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
After earning her degree, Mrs. Tiffany chose to become a full-time mother to her two sons,focusing on their early development by establishing strong routines, confidence, and emotionalfoundations. This formative experience gave her a deep appreciation for the lasting impact of high-quality early childhood education. Her older son now attends Vanderbilt University, and her younger son attends Stanford University and is a U.S. Presidential Scholars Program recipient.
Throughout her children’s academic journey, Mrs. Tiffany remained deeply involved in school communities as a PTA member, classroom parent, event organizer, and assistant teacher. She also volunteered as a classroom assistant at a Saturday Chinese School, gaining experience in language learning and culturally enriching educational environments.
Now pursuing her long-standing passion for early childhood education, Mrs. Tiffany brings patience, dedication, and genuine care to her work. Through The Oakling School, she is committed to creating a nurturing, structured environment where young children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Mrs. Jodi is the Assistant Director and Lead Teacher at The Oakling School. She is thrilled to be part of this new and inspiring school community and is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in the classroom, the community, and the field of Early Childhood Education.
Her passion for early childhood education began when her own children were young. In 2014, she earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and began her professional journey through the Head Start program. Since then, Mrs. Jodi has served as both a classroom teacher and an assistant director, bringing hands-on experience and strong leadership to her roles. She is especially passionate about designing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurture each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth while honoring their individual needs and learning styles.
Mrs. Jodi believes that early childhood education should provide a strong foundation built on relationships, consistency, and meaningful learning experiences. She values collaboration with families and educators and strives to create warm, inclusive environments where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
Mrs. Jodi has been married to her husband, Tarantej, for over 11 years, and together they have a large, loving family that includes six children and five grandchildren. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, including her beloved Yorkie, Oliver.
